Process Of Plywood
Jul 07, 2022
Plywood is a three-layer or more thin plate made of logs that are cut into veneers or sliced into veneers, and then glued together with adhesives. Usually, odd-numbered veneers are used, and the fiber directions of adjacent layers of veneers are aligned perpendicular to each other and glued together. Therefore, there are odd-numbered layers of plywood such as three-height, five-height, and seven-height.
From a structural point of view, the outermost veneer of the plywood is called the panel, and the front panel is called the panel, which is made of the best quality veneer. The sheet on the reverse side is called the back sheet, and the single sheet with the next highest quality is used. The inner layer of the single plate is called the core plate or the middle plate, which is composed of the worst quality single plate.
